Hi Again All! We had a great night tonight. It started with the Asian Specialty restaurant called Red Ginger. It had come highly recommended so we couldn’t wait to try it. And it did not disappoint!
It had an extensive menu and I literally wanted to try everything but I controlled myself (but still ate a lot!). I started with three appetizers (yep, you read that right!) of a Spring Roll, Caramelized Prawns, and a Baby Back Rib Salad. I had the Miso-Glazed Sea Bass (felt like I was back on Regent, one of my favorite dishes!) for my main. Topped it off with Chocolate Creme Brûlée. WOW, that was good eatin’!
After dinner we went to the show which was the cruise director, Carson Turner, doing his own show called “Broadway Dreams”. He really has a great voice and is a great storyteller. He sang all about his life via Broadway music. It made you laugh, cry and everything in between!
After the show we listened to the Four Corners Band in the Horizons Lounge play music from what they called the Divine Divas. Such great music!
We then called it a night. We have a sea day tomorrow (YAY!) but turn the clocks forward and lose an hour’s sleep (BOO!). Hope everyone had a great day!
