Hi Again Folks! We were so looking forward to tonight since all our good friends in the entertainment team were doing a brand new Variety show of singing and dancing. They’ve all been working so hard putting it together, choreographing it and practicing it into the wee hours of the morning. And based on all their preparation, it paid off!
It was a Pre-Dinner show at 5:45 PM. And they literally knocked it out of the park! There was singing, there was dancing, including tap dancing with Matthew the Assistant Cruise Director, and there were several songs with the Arista Duo. Heck, Brennan even pulled out a guitar and did a solo! They are all so talented and fun. Just love them!
After the show we went to dinner in Compass Rose and finally ate by ourselves! But we love that and it gives us a chance to catch up on everything. And we got our old table back with our waiters Dennis and Marjorie. We hadn’t seen them for a while and missed them!
For dinner I had the Creamy Vegetable Soup for my starter and the Dove Sole Filet for my main. I skipped dessert again (you’d think I’d be wasting away to a bag of bones, but NOT!). Everything was very yummy!
After dinner we went to the Horizon Lounge for the Disco Night party with the Arista Duo and danced the night away. We have two sea days the next two days as we make our way to Mozambique on mainland Africa! Hope everyone had a great day!
