Hi Again Gang! We had another great night on Regent and another great meal with a couple of the amazing Regent dancers. Tonight we had dinner at Compass Rose with G and Margaret who we’ve dined with before. I’ve mentioned it before but we love getting to know the entertainment team. Such excellent performers and excellent people.
They are a couple and have been together and working cruise ships for a while. Of all the dancers, they do the wildest lifts and throws and are very acrobatic. G is from France and Margaret is from Florida but they both learned dance at a very young age. We really enjoyed having dinner with them and had such great conversations.
For dinner I had the Green Asparagus Risotto for my appetizer and the Spiced Mahi Mahi for my main. And no dessert! Still trying to eat lighter. But no food pics due to all the great dialogue!
After dinner we went to the show which was a guest entertainer named Elaine Gray. We missed her first show since we were at the Taj but heard her show was great and now I agree! This show was called “Icons:Reimagined” and was described as “Iconic songs brought to life through the fusion of rock, pop and opera”. It was a great show!
After the show we went to the Horizon Lounge to dance to the Arista Duo. We actually have sea days the next three days as we sail across the Arabian Sea just south of YOU KNOW WHERE!! Just hoping our boat doesn’t make a sharp right turn and end up in the blockade!! Hope everyone had a great day!
