Hi Gang! Another sea day… so guess what we did? Yep, played passenger game number 295! Lol. Just kidding. I seriously don’t know how many games we’ve played but it’s probably up near that number!
We did play five games today which were Ring Toss, Dutch Shuffleboard (Officer’s Challenge), 7’s Dice Game, Top Toss, and Trivia. We won 11 Regent points and beat the Officers (Double YAY)!
As we’re nearing the end of this segment of the cruise they had the special “Krew Kapers” show at 6 PM which is put together by the crew on their own time. It’s where the crew highlights their hidden talents and shares some of their unique cultural traditions. The Captain, Officers and a lot of the crew come onstage and say goodbye. It’s always a great show!
After the show we went to dinner at Compass Rose with lots of our good friends. We ate with Mara and Kevin (who have been on the entire world cruise and live 5 mins from my youngest daughter in Pittsburgh!), Marci and Jim (who were on the beginning and now the end of the world cruise), and Brando and Kevin (who are two of the Regent Front Desk Team). We had great conversation and great food! And we started at 7 PM and closed down the restaurant by close to 10:30 PM!!
Speaking of great food I had an exquisite meal! For my starters I had both the Pacific White Sturgeon Caviar and the Maine Lobster Risotto. For my main I had the Grilled Local Red Snapper Filet, and for my dessert I had the
Chocolate Volcano Cake. Sorry, no food pics!
After dinner we called it a night. Tomorrow we are in mainland Spain and we’re in another new port for us in Cadiz. So excited to explore the area. Hope everyone had a great day!
