World Cruise – Regent Seven Seas Mariner – 154 Days – Safari, Kruger National Park, South Africa – Day 118 – Final Pics Part 1!

Thursday May 7, 2026

Hi All! We had another WOW day today! We saw 4 of what they call the “Big 5” safari animals (Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Rhinoceros, and Cape Buffalo). The only one we didn’t see was the leopard and we have one last early morning game drive tomorrow to try to find that elusive animal, so wish us luck!

But today we saw some cool stuff… a pregnant Zebra, a momma elephant and her cute little baby walking down the road, two male lions walking together, a Wart Hog (Pumbaa!) momma and her babies, a wooly necked stork with a freshly caught fish, lots and lots of giraffes and the highlight of it all was the infamous white rhino! Our guide said he hadn’t seen one in over a month so we got lucky.

It’s late and we’ll be up early so I’ll let all the pics do the talking. I had so many I broke this up in two parts. Hope everyone had a great day!
