Sat July 6, 2024Hi Again Folks! We had another great evening with good food, a good show and good conversation. For dinner Kathy and I had the same appetizers and mains but got different desserts. We both started off with the chicken noodle soup and the corn and crabmeat fritters. We both got the Prime Rib but for dessert I got the Chocolate Blackout cake and Kathy got the Chocolate Hazelnut Slice. All were delicious!
After dinner we went to the show which was the Holland America singers and dancers doing various music thru the years. After that we listened to the piano player and then just hung out with Sue and Stuart talking until late and solving all the world’s problems!
We now have three straight sea days since we missed several Greenland ports due to the sea ice. While I normally don’t like that many in a row, after we’ve been running hard the last few days with day long excursions we’re both looking forward to a little rest and relaxation! Hope everyone’s having a great weekend!
