Hi Again Folks! Another great night on Regent! There was a 5:45 PM show with our good friends from the Entertainment team doing their show “Blazing Boots”. That’s probably our favorite show of theirs since it has lots of good country music and the dancing is great. But sorry no pics tonight!
But you do get food pics! After the show we went to dinner in Compass Rose. It’s funny, there’s this couple that’s only on this segment, that always tries to get our “honeymoon table” and tonight they did. Darn it! Oh well, we still got a great table for two by the window in Apple and Marjorie’s section so all is good!
For dinner I had the Red Miso-Eggplant Wonton as well as the Potato and Leek Soup as my two appetizers. For my main I had the Salmon w/Porcini Mushroom Crust and for dessert I had the Warm Chocolate-Hazelnut Cake. Everything as always was very tasty!
After dinner we called it a night since we were up early this morning. Tomorrow marks the end of this segment and the start of our final segment (he writes as he’s sobbing!). We’ll be in Lisbon, Portugal tomorrow, home to many of the early world explorers.
So we’ll continue to be explorers ourselves and check out this beautiful city and its surroundings where we’ve been several times. Hope everyone had a great day!
