Hi Again Folks! As they say, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! So we had dinner again in Compass Rose at our “honeymoon table”. And the food was once again amazing. I went with two “destination dishes”. For my appetizers I got both the Shrimp al Ajillo and the Risotto Venizia. For my main I got the Grilled Local Black Pomfret Filet. And for dessert I had the Dark Chocolate Mousse. Dark Chocolate is good for you, right??? Lol.
After dinner we went to see the Guest Entertainer Vocalist from a few days ago named Karl Loxley. He has such a powerful voice and sang songs from Andrea Bocelli, Elton John, Tom Jones, The Righteous Brothers and many more. It was a great show!
After the show we called it a night since we have another early excursion tomorrow. Tomorrow we are docked in Funchal on the island of Madeira, which is another European island but this one is part of Portugal not Spain. I’ve been there but Kathy hasn’t so it will be fun to experience it together. Hope everyone had a great day!
