Hi Again Gang! We had a nice night to finish off a great cruise. We started with dinner at the main dining room. I needed some comfort food to comfort me from the reality of going back north to the cold! Lol. So of course I had the meatloaf. Is there any better comfort food?? For my appetizers I had the Jerked Chicken Egg Roll as well as the Potato and Sausage Chowder. I finished with the dessert of Cookie Dough Cheesecake. Great last meal!
After dinner we went to the show to see the Hungarian Violinist from a few nights ago named Bernadett Nyari. She explained how so many people think the violin is only classical music so she played all different genres of music. She even played some Hungarian music and threw in “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” to get us in the festive mood. Ho Ho Ho!
After her show we finished the night with our new favorite rock band on the high seas at the Rolling Stones Lounge. They finished the night playing rock music from the 80’s. Great stuff and a nice musical way to end the cruise. We called it a night and went back to put our luggage outside our room for pickup.
Tomorrow morning we get back into Miami and fly home from there. Wish us luck! I’ll do a final trip update Sat night sometime. Hope everybody had a great Friday!
