Hi Folks! The words of the day today are Lazy and Cake! The lazy part was due to us staying up until almost 2 AM watching a movie called “The Friend”. It was a cute but sad movie about a man (Bill Murray) who dies and leaves his huge Great Dane dog to his friend (Naomi Watts) who is not a dog person. Lots of interesting scenes in it that can make you both laugh and cry. Check it out.
Due to the late night, we slept in and made it up to the Lido buffet just in time for Cake Day! They had almost 20 cakes available to try. So of course we tried all 20! Just teasing… but we did try about 5 of them. Some were great and some were a miss but it gave us a sugar high!
Then we spent the afternoon being lazy again and lounging by the pool (probable due to crashing from the cake sugar high!). We wanted to go to the afternoon tea but were still stuffed from all the cake at lunch!
We then got ready for dinner. I’ll post another update later. Happy Thursday to all!
