Hi Again All! Tonight was another formal night so we got all gussied up and went to dinner at the Main Dining Room. We had another great meal and both of us did a little surf and turf. We both got the “surf” which was the escargot as well as shrimp cocktail for our two appetizers. But for dinner we got the “turf” which was the filet mignon. For dessert we both got the flourless chocolate cake. So tonight we were twinsies! And all the food was very very yummy!
After dinner we went to the show which was called “All That”. It was put on by the Holland America singers and dancers and it modeled the old variety shows on TV from long ago that featured singing and dancing. They did lots of oldies but goodies. The whole audience was clapping and singing along. Great show!
After the show we listened to the two piano players in Billboard on Board play requests to end out the night. Tomorrow we are in Belfast, Northern Ireland. We’ve both been there before so we plan on exploring the countryside north of there. Hope everyone had a great Friday!
