Hi Again Gang! We had another fun night on Regent. We started off with dinner in Compass Rose with our good friends Tina, Ramone and Christy. We play all the games with them and usually meet up each night for dancing in the Horizon Lounge. They are such fun people!
They have such a great story. Tina and Ramone are Cuban and immigrated to the US during the Fidel Castro years with practically just their clothes on their backs. Ramone is an engineer and started his own business and it is now doing very well. They are exactly what’s great about America!
The food at Compass Rose was once again excellent. For my two starters I had the Black Mussels along with the Cream of Cauliflower and Potato Soup. For my main I had the Cobia Filet. For dessert I had the Kahlua Soufflé. No pics due to all the great conversation!
After dinner there was no show so we all went to the Horizon Lounge for the Dance Party. So yes we danced the night away! Tomorrow we’re in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia so we’re excited to explore a new city and country! Hope everyone had a great day!
PS: Do you remember our friends Angela and Peter from the last segment that found us thru reading my blog and we became good friends and had dinner together? Well two of their friends, Rick and Phyllis, joined today and they came up and introduced themselves so we’ll get to know them better soon and have some dinners together I’m sure. That’s the fun of cruising!
