Hi Again Folks! It was nice getting back to our evening ship routine but with a nice added activity. We went to their Easter Sunday evening service led by Jamie and Dana the world cruise hosts. We’ve gone to their church service once before when it was in the evening since we can’t quite make the early Sunday service. But it was such a special Easter service and a nice way to start the evening off!
After the service we went to Compass Rose for dinner and it was nice to see Dennis our favorite waiter. For my starters I had both of the Destination Dish appetizers which were the Indochina Eggplant Blue Crab Cake as well as the Tom Yum Goong (Thai Hot & Sour Shrimp Soup). For my main I had the Guest Chef’s dish of Cashew Herb Pesto Baked Halibut. And I finally skipped dessert for once!
After dinner we went to the show which was the Comedian from the other night named Simon Palomares. We only caught a little bit of his act last time but his show tonight was really funny.
After the show we crashed since we had gotten up so early. Tomorrow we’re at an island called Ko Samui in Thailand. Can’t wait! Hope everyone had a nice Easter!
