Hi Again All! What an amazing night we had. Ho Chi Minh City may now be the city that never sleeps! It was so cool seeing the city all lit up at night (and seeing the thousands of motor bikes riding thru the streets!).
As I mentioned earlier, our tour tonight was called “An Evening Out in Saigon” and it was quite the adventure. We started off with a bus ride to this beautiful hotel. There we watched a traditional Vietnamese show of singing and dancing. We were on the top floor of this hotel in an open air area looking out over the city with these great views.
We then drove to the Mandarine Hotel for a 9 course Vietnamese meal. The food was to die for! They gave Regent a run for their money. I’ll let the pictures do the talking and sign off for now since we have an early excursion tomorrow. I’ll also break the evening pics up into two updates since I had so many. Hope everyone had a great day!
PS: My youngest grandson turned 2 today so we Faced Timed with him and sang Happy Birthday to him. He is such a cutie and we miss him (and all the kids and grandkids) so much!
