Hi Again All! Had another great night tonight! Started with dinner in Compass Rose. I had both the Panko-Costed Tiger Prawns as well as the Creamy Corn & Poblano Chili Soup for my appetizers. For my main I had the Seared Cobia Filet. I topped it all off with a dessert of Malva Pudding! Everything was sooo tasty!
After dinner we went to the show which was a guest entertainer named Fem Belling. She’s a vocalist and played the electric violin. She’s had a diverse career in Musical Theater, Dance and Jazz. She had a really powerful voice and brought the house down when she played The Devil Went Down to Georgia by Charlie Daniels and Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin. What a great show!
After the show we went to the Horizon Lounge for the “Latin Party. The Arista Duo played Salsa, Samba and other South American beats. Such a fun night!
We now have two sea days in a row as we sail towards Saigon (also known as Ho Chi Minh City), Vietnam. Hope everyone had a great day!
