Hi Again Gang! Yep, another great Regent night. The hits just keep on coming. And after our healing waters at the Holy Hot Springs today we were rejuvenated for a fun night.
We started with another delicious meal at Compass Rose. Did I tell you how spoiled we’re getting with this excellent restaurant? Best Main Dining Room at sea, bar none (and we’ve tried them all)!
I had both the Guest Chef’s Beef Carpaccio as well as the Beef Consommé for my appetizers. For my main I had the Herb-Crusted Lamb Rack, which was so delicious! And I even broke down and had dessert that wasn’t chocolate. I had the Viennese Apple Strudel (that was warm) with vanilla sauce. I knew I loved Vienna!
After dinner we went to the show which was a Guest Entertainer Group called “Oz Boyz – Australia’s Boys of Motown”. They were such high energy and sang some classic songs like Runaround Sue, Pretty Woman and Uptown Funk. Everyone was dancing in the aisles!
We then went to the Horizon Lounge to listen to the Arista Duo. We get another hour sleep back tonight (YAY!) but have an early excursion tomorrow (BOO!). We are in Surabaya (also called Tanjung Perak), Indonesia tomorrow. Love exploring new places we’ve never been! Hope everyone had a great day!
PS: We had the coolest experience at dinner tonight. This beautiful lady came to our table and said, I know both of you, you’re Jeff and Kathy! And I said how do you know us?? And she said, she follows my blog! How cool is that? We’re famous! Lol
