Hi Again Folks! We started our evening with a fun birthday dinner for our good friend Debbie. Her husband Wallace organized it and invited 20 people! We had two big tables with lots of laughs.
While at dinner, our friend Sandy shared some great pics of a double rainbow as well as a single rainbow from tonight. She did the Jumping Crocodiles tour in the morning and shared a pic of a croc coming way out of the water. (I figured you hadn’t seen enough croc pics earlier!!).
As to the actual dinner, I had the Seafood Risotto for my appetizer. For my main I had the Seared Grouper Filet. And of course for dessert I had to have a piece of the birthday cake! I didn’t take any food pics since we were at someone’s party!
After dinner we went to the show which was the Australian singer named Jennifer Gray. Her show was called “Australian Girl” and she sang many acclaimed Australian songs that are known worldwide. It was such a great show!
After the show we went to the Horizon Lounge for the “Back to the 80’s” Dance Party. The Arista Duo played some of the great songs from the 80’s. We stayed up a little later since we put our clocks back 1.5 hours and gained lots of extra sleep!
But remember, we crossed the date line a month or so back and lost a day then. So now we’re slowly getting those 24 hours back little by little. So now, we’ll be 12 hours ahead of the East Coast. Crazy! Hope everyone had a great day!
PS: Note to self… when we take our next world cruise, we need to make sure it goes west so we always gain back time!
