World Cruise – Regent Seven Seas Mariner – 154 Days – Sea Day – Day 45 – Final Pics!

Monday Feb 23, 2026

Hi Gang! We had another fun sea day! We started by FaceTiming with all the kids and grand kids which was the highlight of the day! We miss them so much but thru the great technology of our phones and the solid Regent WiFi we can stay connected.

We also had fun doing all the passenger games. We played Skittles, Skittles again against the Officers, Top Toss, and Crazy Golf. We won 5 Regent points (YAY!) but lost to the Officers (BOO!). But it’s always in good fun.

We then had a nice lunch with our friends Sandy and Ken. They talked about all the fun things they used to do on their farm before they sold it. They had sheep and sheared them, they had horses and rode them, they had maple trees and tapped them to make maple syrup, and they had bees and harvested the hives to make honey. A lot of work but lots of fun!

We then attended the Regent Seven Seas Society Cocktail Party. Regent always does a nice job of recognizing passengers for their loyalty. The Captain and his Officers are there but Daniela, the Cruise Consultant, really emcees this event.

She always shares great info like how many people from each Regent status level are onboard, where all the ships in the fleet are today and where they’ll be a year from now, and she also presented someone with their Diamond level pin which is sailing for 1,000 plus days! All in all it was a great event!

We were invited to join two officers for dinner at Compass Rose. Audrey Alonzo, the Human Resorces Manager and Anna Rinaldi, the Crew Purser. We knew them both from playing the Officers challenge games but really got to know them better at dinner. Audrey used to be a DJ and Anna is originally from Italy. They are both so nice.

Of course I didn’t take any dinner pictures since we were with the officers, but the food as always was excellent. I had the Tuna Ceviche for my appetizer and the Miso Glazed Sea Bass (my favorite!!) for my main. For dessert I had the Chocolate Mousse.

We decided to skip the show tonight since it was the Magician, Tim Ellis, from the other night and we weren’t wild about him. We just chilled after dinner and relaxed in the room. Tomorrow we are in Fiji! So excited since we’ve never been there. Hope everyone had a great Sunday (even though it was Monday for us!).

The Captain and Daniela at the Event!
