Hi Again Folks! We added a new event tonight to start our evening. We went to the Christian Worship service. It’s normally Sunday mornings at 8:30 AM but that’s a little too early for us so this is the first time they did it in the evening. The World Cruise Host Jamie did the service and it was very nice. They had a backdrop in the Theater that looked like real stained glass windows. Great way to start the evening!
We then went to dinner at the Specialty Restaurant Chartreuse, which has French themed food. I ate way too much! I had three starters which were the Crab Soup, the Lobster Ceviche and the Avocado and Crab Cake. For my main I had the Scallops. Kathy and I split the French Creme Brûlée for dessert. It was all very tasty!
After dinner we went to the show which was the guest entertainer Chris Powley from a few nights ago. He was that singer with the powerful voice and he nailed it again tonight. He sang songs from Bread, Elvis Presley and finished with the beautiful song from Louie Armstrong named “What a Wonderful World”. Such a great show!
After the show we listened to some late night jazz from the Regent Signature Orchestra to end the evening. Tonight again we set our clocks back one hour so we’re now 17 hours ahead of East Coast time. Crazy clocks! Hope everyone had a great day!
