Hi Again Gang! Had another great night. Started off at the Italian themed restaurant, Sette Mari at La Veranda, for dinner. Believe it or not, we’ve been on for 38 nights and this is our first time there. Not sure why since the food is so good but it’s good at every restaurant so it’s tough to choose!
They start you off with this nice mix of bread, olives, cheese, and bruschetta. I then had some delicious meatballs for my first appetizer and the risotto with seafood for my second. For my main I had the Branzino. I finished the meal with Tiramisu as my dessert. Everything was molto bene!
After dinner we went to the show which was a guest entertainer named Thomas Ward. He was born in Tasmania, an island state of Australia about 150 miles south of the mainland. He is a Spanish guitar maestro that converts six strings into the sound of a miniature orchestra. He played songs from Spain, Italy and even Gypsy music. Not only was he an excellent performer but his dad hand made his guitar. How cool is that!
After the show we called it a night since we have an early morning excursion tomorrow. Hope everyone had a great President’s Day weekend!
