Hi Again All! How lucky are we to spend two days in one of the most beautiful and romantic places in the world, Bora Bora. And over Valentine’s Day to boot. It doesn’t get any better than that!
We had a very nice Valentine’s evening (Kathy looked amazing in her red dress!). We started off with a delicious dinner at the specialty restaurant, Prime 7. In my opinion, the best luxury steakhouse at sea. I had the crab cake and the seared diver scallop for my starters. I had been eating mostly fish each night so I decided to boost my iron levels and got the huge bone in ribeye. Wow, is that good eating! We were so stuffed and also wanted to make the show so we skipped dessert (can you believe it??).
After dinner we went to the show which was called “Valentine’s Day Cabaret”. Each of the Regent Singers, as well as Cruise Director Andrew, sang classic love songs. Lots of people danced the night away. It was really fun!
Tomorrow we’re in Papeete (pronounced “pah-pay-eh-tay”), French Polynesia, otherwise known as Tahiti! Just another day in paradise! Hope everyone had a fun and romantic Valentine’s Day!
