World Cruise – Regent Seven Seas Mariner – 154 Days – Sea Day – Day 32 – Final Pics!

Tuesday Feb 10, 2026

Hi Gang! We are at the end of another 5 sea days! Dang that South Pacific Ocean is huge!! So given it was a sea day, we got back on part of our sea day routine but added some fun new events.

Of course, we slept in a little, got a workout in at the gym, ate great food, played some fun games, and saw two great shows! We also watched some fun travel videos with our friends and did some tour planning for later in the trip.
As to passenger games, we played Roll-A-Ball, Dutch Shuffleboard (Officers Challenge), and Baggo. We won 3 Regent Points (YAY!) but the Officers beat us (BOO!). But the coolest thing was one of the passengers we met, Don, celebrated his 97th birthday today! And he beat the officers in Dutch Shuffleboard! I hope to be him when I grow up! Lol (And that dude is doing the entire 154 World Cruise!! God Bless him!).

After the games we went to Don and Terry’s cabin and along with Colleen and Steve, and Laura and Roger, we watched pictures & videos from their 2018 Regent World Cruise. It was so fun to watch and discuss all the places they went to. And a lot of those places are ones we’re going to on this World Cruise. The eight of us also planned for two excursions we’ll do together which is a private boat rental in Fiji and an ATV drive across the Namibian Sand Dunes in Africa. That will be so cool!

After the travel discussions we went to an exclusive event put on for the Top Tier Regent Loyalty guests. It was a special performance of “A Night at the Symphony” with the pianist from last night named Panos Karan. He played Bach, Beethoven, Chopin and Franz Liszt. It was an amazing show!

After that show we went to Compass Rose for dinner. We had dinner with friends we’ve met who were Ken and Sandy from Minnesota, Debbie and Wallace from Florida, as well as Mara and Kevin who, believe it or not, live 5 minutes from my daughter in Pittsburgh. Small world! We are all  avid travelers so the travel discussions were flowing!

Of course the great food was flowing too! I had the Yellowfin Tuna Carpaccio for my starter and the Salmon for my main. For dessert I had the Creme Brûlée. Once again, Regent proved they have the best main dining room at sea!

After dinner we went to the show. It was the guest entertainer from the other night named Jesse Kazemek. Tonight his show was called “50’s & 60’s Revisited” and he played lots of great music from the “Golden Age of Rock and Roll”. Everyone was singing along and clapping. Fun show!

We then called it a night since we have an early morning arrival tomorrow into Rangiroa in French Polynesia. Can’t wait to see this beautiful part of the world! Hope everyone had a great Tuesday!
