Hi Again Folks! It was another great night on Regent Seven Seas. We went to the pre-dinner show at 6 PM. It was the Regent singers in a show called Broadway Unplugged. We saw it during the last segment and just love all the Broadway show tunes.
After that show we had dinner in Compass Rose with our next door neighbors, Aaron and Karen. They are from Oklahoma and are really nice people. Like us, they love to travel, so we both shared stories of all our travel adventures.
For dinner I had the Chicken and Vegetable Spring Roll for my starter, the Ahi Tuna Steak for my main, and the Chocolate Profiteroles for my dessert. All yummy as always!
After dinner we went to the evening show which was the pianist from the other night named Panos Karan. He not only played excellent music but also shared great stories of all he does to bring music to young people who don’t normally have access to music.
After the show we called it a night and came back to our room to find our Crossing the Equator certificates. YAY! Hope everybody had a great Monday!
