Hi Again All! As you probably saw, the Seahawks put a whooping on the Patriots. Final score was 29-13. OK, I have to be honest and say I did not want the Patriots to win their 7th Super Bowl. Because as a Pittsburgh native, I can’t have another team have more than my Pittsburgh Steelers 6 Super Bowl wins! Lol.
While we did eat a little junk food, with the time difference we ate at like 1 PM so as you know on cruise ships, you’re on two hour feedings! So of course we ate again around 7:30 PM. We went to Compass Rose but tried to eat lighter. I had the Snow Crab Summer Roll for my starter and the Swordfish for my main. For dessert I had the cheese plate.
After dinner we went to the show which was another guest entertainer. His name was Tommy Proulx and he was a saxophone player. He actually has a degree in Saxophone Performance (do they have such a degree??) but it really showed. His show was called “Sax Machine” and he made that sax sing like a machine. He played a nice mix of Jazz, Pop and R&B. He put on a really good show!
After the show we listened to a little late night jazz and called it a night. Tomorrow is another sea day. Hope everyone had a great weekend!
