Hi Again Folks! We had a pretty chill night. Had a nice dinner in Compass Rose, caught the show and listened to a little late night jazz. Just what the doctor ordered.
In Compass Rose I had the Black Mussels and the Hungarian Beef Ghoulash Soup for my starters and the Barramundi fish for my main. For dessert I got the cheese plate. (Boring!). But all tasty!
After dinner we watched the show which was a guest entertainer named Lazlo Pap, who was a violinist. He has worked with Gloria Estefan, Michael Jackson, Barbara Streisand and many more. His show was called “No Strings Attached” and he played lots of great classical music.
After the show we listened to late night jazz with the Regent Signature Orchestra. They really are a great group of musicians! We then called it a night. Tomorrow starts a string of five straight sea days as we cross the Pacific Ocean on our way to Hilo, Hawaii. Hope everyone had a great Friday!
