Hi Again Gang! We had a chill night tonight. Since we had the late lunch we weren’t too hungry so we just got some snacks from room service. We had some popcorn, a charcuterie board and some smoked salmon and egg. It was all very tasty and hit the spot!
After that we went to the show which was the singer from the other night named David Shannon. He has such a powerful voice and is a great storyteller. Every one of his songs has a story that goes with it which makes the context of the song so interesting.
He sang “Me and Mrs Jones”, “Mr Bojangles”, “Can You Feel the Love Tonight”, and many more. After the show we ended the night by listening to the Duo named May and Jun. Tonight we move the clocks back an hour so we get an extra hour’s sleep and tomorrow is a Sea Day so we get to sleep in. Double Whammy! Hope everyone had a great Thursday!
PS: Leaving the Panama Canal we got to see the skyline of Panama City, the Capitol of Panama. We also got to see a small boat come along side our boat and watch the female pilot boat captain, that guided us thru the Panama Canal, jump on to the small boat! She is one of only a few female pilot boat captains in the Panama Canal. Girl Power!
