Hi Again All! We had another fun evening. It’s so nice being on a World Cruise since Regent plans so many special events for us all. Tonight we had an exclusive party for just World Cruisers they called “Pin & Grin”. They wanted us all to wear our World Cruise pins (see pic) and mix and mingle with all the other world cruisers. It was so much fun and we met lots of great people. And we all have that Wanderlust and LOVE to travel!
After the party we had a nice dinner in Compass Rose. I had to go lighter tonight after Prime 7’s big meal yesterday so I had the Creamy Corn and Poblano Chili Soup for my starter, the Pan-Seared Swordfish Steak for my main and International Cheese Plate for my dessert. That all was like one tenth of the meal I had last night! Lol
After dinner we went to the show which was the Irish Comedian George Casey from a few nights ago. He did all new material and again was very funny. It’s refreshing to hear comedians do pure comedy and no raunchiness or vulgarity. OK, that just made me sound OLD!
We called it a night after that since we want to get up early to watch us head into the first lock of our Panama Canal crossing. We’ve never done the Panama Canal via a ship. A couple years ago we docked in Colon, Panama and did an excursion driving somewhat parallel to the canal and stopped at the Miraflores Locks near the Pacific Ocean to watch the ships sail thru. It will be so much more fun to sail right thru the canal via a cruise ship!
