Hi Again Gang! We had another amazing night of great food and great music. We started with dinner at the Pinnacle Grill. We always eat way too much here but the food is so good!
I started with the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes for my first appetizer and then had the killer (literally!) appetizer of the Clothesline Candied Bacon!! OK, OK, I did share it with Kathy but it is so yummy! Is there anything better than candied bacon??? Lol
I then had the Boneless Ribeye for my main. It was cooked to perfection and was so juicy and tasty. This is there signature steakhouse so why not get a good steak, right?? When in Rome! For dessert I had the Warm Chocolate Stroopwafel Cobbler. So good! When we were in Amsterdam earlier this year, we fell in love with the Stroopwafels!
After dinner, we went to listen to our new favorite band at the Rolling Stones Lounge and they played all the classic Motown sounds. Just love that music. The Temptations, Smokey Robinson & the Miracles, the Supremes, Stevie Wonder and more. Lots of toe tapping!
After that we called it a night. Tomorrow we are in St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands. Hope everyone had a great Tuesday!
