Hi Again Gang! We had another great night. We started by strapping the feed bag on and going to Prime 7, the specialty restaurant, for dinner. I got the Ahi Tuna & Avocado Poke as well as the Beefsteak Tomato & Pickled Red Onions for my two starters. For my main I got the Applewood Smoked Salmon and for dessert I got the Rocky Road Bread Pudding. We were stuffed but very satisfied!
After dinner we went to the show which was a Comedian and Vocal Impressionist named Foggie Flax (love the name!). He calls his show a “Foggie Night” but his comedy was hilarious! He also did songs from Roy Orbison, John Denver, Bryan Adams, Rod Stewart and many more and sounded just like them! Can’t wait to see him again in a few nights.
Due to both having a long excursion today and another long one tomorrow which starts at 8 AM, we decided to crash early. Tomorrow we’re in the Algarve region of Portugal which is my favorite so we can’t wait! Hope everyone had a great Monday!
PS: As we sailed away from Lisbon we saw both the monument that’s patterned after the Christ Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro as well as the bridge patterned after the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. And they’re right next to each other!
