Hi Again Gang! As they say, wash, rinse, repeat… we keep having great evenings of delicious food and fun entertainment. Can’t beat it!
We started with dinner at Compass Rose at our favorite table and our favorite waiters. I got the Snow Crab Summer Rolls as well as the Black Bean and Quinoa Salad for my two starters. For my main I had the Seared Monkfish in a Saffron-Coconut Sauce. For dessert I had the Apple Tart. Everything was dee-licious!
After dinner we went to the show which was the comedian/magician from the other night named Danny Buckler. He put on another great show and we were laughing the whole time!
After the show we went up to the Galileo Lounge to listen to the Regent Signature Orchestra play all Motown tunes. Such great music! We also had time to talk with our favorite server Mailyn and catch up on her life. Her daughter is graduating from high school next May and so glad she’ll be off to go to the graduation.
We then called it a night. Tomorrow we are in one of our favorite cities, Bruges, Belgium. Probably one of the prettiest Medieval cities you’ll ever visit. Can’t wait! Hope everybody had a great Tuesday!
