Hi Again All! Well as they say, wash, rinse, repeat and the great evenings keep repeating. Good food, good entertainment and good music. Can’t beat it! We started off with dinner in the Main Dining Room. For my starters I had the Salmon Gravlax for my first one and the Grilled Pineapple with Honey-Ricotta for my second. For my main I had the Grilled Miso Glazed Salmon (love the Miso flavor!) and the Sacher Torte for dessert. All were a big hit!
After dinner we went to the show which was called “Sing”. It was the Holland America singers performing and it was described as “Beloved songs are reimagined in stunning four-part harmony – bringing fresh energy and joyful surprises to the music you know and love. Let this concert-style celebration take you somewhere unexpected! Featuring songs like Purple Rain, Goodby Yellow Brick Road, Under Pressure, & more!”. It really was a great show!
After the show we listened to the two piano players at Billboard on Board play requests. Nice way to round out the night. Tomorrow we are at the Isle of Man. I thought it was part of Scotland but Google tells me it is a self-governing Crown Dependency (whatever that is!). But we’ve never been there so it should be fun! Hope everyone had a great Monday!
