Hi Again Folks! We had another great night. We started with dinner in the Main Dining Room! I started with the Salmon and Spinach Cake for my first starter and the Corn Soup with Bacon for my second starter. For my main I had the Fresh Plaice (fish) and for dessert we both had the decadent Turtle Pie. I must say Holland is knocking it outta the park with their desserts!
After dinner we each tried two of the acts. Kathy checked out the main show which was an instrumentalist named Russ Parsons doing songs from his favorite music icons. Kathy thought he was really good! But it may have been since he played two Queen songs which she loves! I went to our tried and true solo guitarist named Tiffany Harmon who we like to listen to when we can. But a lot of times she plays when the main show is on so we miss her show. We wish they put her on after the showtime but oh well.
We then called it a night since we have another 8 hour tour tomorrow. Like I’ve said before, this world traveling is not for the faint of heart!! Lol. Tomorrow we’re back at Ireland in Dublin! Guinness anyone?? Hope everyone had a great weekend!
