Hi Again Folks! We had another great night. We started out with a tasty dinner at the Main Dining Room. I started out with the Double Baked Potato Soup as well as the Salmon Dill Meatballs for my appetizers. For my main I had the Parmesan-Panko Baked Hake and finished the meal with the amazing Stroopwafel Cheesecake. All of it was really good!
After dinner we went to the “County Fair”. They have all these games set up near the indoor pool and you get tickets for playing each game (even if you don’t win!). And then you put your tickets in the bin and they pull some out for prizes. We didn’t win anything but we had fun!
Then we went to listen to live music at both The Rolling Stones Lounge with the rock band and the Billboard on Board with the piano players. That was a nice way to end the night.
Tomorrow we are in the Outer Hebrides (cluster of islands off the Northwest corner of Scotland) at the town of Stornoway on the island of Lewis and Harris. Never been there so it should be a fun experience! Hope everyone had a great Thursday!
