Hi Again All! We had another nice evening with great food! And that’s what cruising is all about, right??? Lol. We started with some pre-dinner music by this female solo guitarist we like. She plays all the hits from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. After that we went to dinner at the Main Dining Room.
I kept it an all seafood night tonight. Had salmon/gravlax and crab cake for my starters. For my main I had the Fresh Cod. For dessert there was a decadent Chocolate Fudge Brownie Cheesecake that I couldn’t resist!
After dinner we skipped the main show which was a concert pianist that didn’t seem to be that exciting. So we listened to the two piano players play “Hot Country”music tunes. It was pretty good!
Since we had gotten up so early this morning we were tired and crashed early. For tomorrow, they had to change our itinerary due to weather (remember it’s the Wild Windy British Isles!).
So we’re not going to Kirkwall in the Orkney Islands, which I’m a little bummed about, but they said the winds would not be safe for the ship to get into port so it’s always safety first. But I’m excited to go to Inverness instead since we’ll see the Scottish Highlands and possibly the Loch Ness Monster! Lol
