Hi Again All! We had a great first night. We ate in the Main Dining Room via their “anytime” dining (vs fixed time dining) so you can come anytime between 5:00 and 9 PM. We got there about 7:30 and got a table right away. We tried to get our head waiter Gerald and asst waiter Chad again from our last cruise but their tables were full so we had another good waiter named Tony.
For dinner I went full on salmon! For appetizers I had the Salmon Trio as well as the Crispy Thai Vegetable Spring Roll. For my main I had the Salmon with Herb Mustard Glaze. And for dessert I had the Chocolate Basque Cheesecake. It was all so yummy!
After dinner we went to the show which was a juggler/comedian named Tommy J. He was a really young guy (I included a pic!) and was a great juggler and very funny. He had the crowd clapping and laughing away. It was a great show!
After the show we listened to the two piano players. Their names were Levi and Scarlett. Actually Levi was here on the last cruise and was part of the jazz band but is now part of the Billboard on Board piano team. They were also really good and had a great banter between them. It was an all request night so they played a wide range of music. We’ll probably come listen to them most nights.
Tomorrow we are in Rotterdam in the Netherlands. We don’t have an excursion planned so we thought we’d just get off and walk around the city. Hope everyone had a great Saturday!
