Hi Again Gang! It was a fun but sad last night on the ship. We feel like we’ve met so many great people and crew and had to say goodbye to all. Wish we could bring some of the crew home with us!
We went to the 6:15 PM Pre-Dinner show entitled “Motown”. It was a lively and fun show by the Silversea singers and dancers with all the great Motown tunes. Great music and great dancing!
After the show we had dinner at Atlantide. I started off with the Eggplant Caviar for my first appetizer and then the Thai Spring Roll for my second. For my main I decided to pick two dishes since this is our last meal! Lol. I had both the Maple Glazed Alaskan Salmon along with the Fish & Chips. For dessert I had a Hazelnut Bar. It was a great last meal!
After dinner we stopped by the Silver Note to say goodbye to Esther and Andre who entertained us every night with their amazing jazz. We will truly miss them. Also Mariam the waitress there was so attentive and took such good care of us so it was also sad to say goodbye to her. We wished her well in her entrepreneurial venture in her home country of Kenya. Go Mariam!
We went back to the room to finish off our packing and set our suitcases out in the hall. What a great itinerary, ship and crew this was. Very special! But we have a few days to look forward to in Stockholm (but no one will be cooking us breakfast, lunch and dinner!). Back to semi-reality! Hope everyone had a great Tuesday!
