Hi Again Gang! Tonight we ate in the Italian Specialty restaurant called La Terrazza and had a nice dinner. They always start you off with an amazing charcuterie board which could almost be enough for dinner… but not on a cruise! Lol. We dove into it so quick I forgot to take a picture! To add to that I had the Dall’Orto (vegetable ragu, eggplant, sweet peppers and sardines) as my first appetizer and lasagne as my second. For my main I had the Sea Bass. For dessert I had the Dark Chocolate Cake. Everything was so tasty!
After dinner we went to the show which was a pianist named Kyle Esplin. He played everything from Tender Ballads to Rock n’ Roll to Classical to Boogie Woogie. He was quite the showman and really made that keyboard sing!
After the show, what better way to end the night (if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!) than to once again listen to the sweet sound of Esther and Andre playing jazz in the Silver Note.
Tomorrow we’re very excited to spend two days in Copenhagen. I love that we have several overnight stops on this cruise. Hope everyone had a great Tuesday!
