Hi Again All. After such a heavy afternoon we needed a lighter evening so we had a nice meal and laughed at the hilarious comedian we saw the other night.
We started with dinner in Atlantide. I had the scallops and the seafood chowder for starters. For my main I had the Ponzu Braised Salmon with this delicious Ponzu sauce on it. Then for dessert I had the Peanut Bar which was so yummy!
After dinner we went to see the comedian named Darrell Joyce with his show called “Contrarian – Somebody’s Gotta Say It” and dang did he say it! He was really funny and we were rolling in the aisles.
After the show we finished the evening listening to smooth jazz from Esther and Andre. Tomorrow we have a sea day so looking forward to some R&R! Hope everyone had a great Monday!
PS: I saw the news that Pope Francis died. So sad to hear that.
