Hi Again Folks! We ate at the Silver Note Jazz club restaurant tonight and LOVED it! The food was unique and very good (they had a fun spin on lobster to get my lobster fix in!). And they start you off with this great bread with three yummy toppings you can combine which are Beetroot dusted butter, Gelatin Balsamic pearls, and Olive oil dust with corn starch. Now that’s unique!
Their dishes are smaller like a tapas type so of course I tried several. The Beef Tenderloin Tournado just melted in your mouth and the Crab Bites as well as the Onion Petals with Scallops were divine. And don’t get me started on the desserts! They had this one dessert called the Black Swan and it literally had a dark chocolate black swan on top of it. So good!
The singers are a husband and wife duo that are so smooth. If we can get another reservation in there we’ll be back. We ended up staying there listening to them all night long! Such great musicians and it was the lead singer’s birthday so it was extra special. Tomorrow we are in Rouen, France for several days. Never been there so can’t wait!
