Hi Again Folks! Tonight was a fun night. It was Orange Night! Since Orange is the color of the Dutch Royalty, Holland always has an Orange Night to honor their Dutch heritage. So they ask people to wear orange if they have it. And of course we did!
We started our night with a nice dinner with our favorite waiters Gerald and Chad. They really are a great team. With a nod to the Dutch, we started with pea soup with ham which was really hearty. Then a shrimp cocktail for the other appetizer and a fun dish for the main which was an Indonesian dish (not Dutch!) called Bami Goreng! We went back to Dutch for the dessert with a Lindt chocolate tulip.
After dinner we went to the show which was the comedian from the other night. His name was Jose Sarduy and he was the one born in Cuba that came to the USA at a young age. He was even funnier tonight and hope we can see him on another cruise someday.
After the show we finished the night with our normal routine of listening to the piano players. By then we were oranged out! Tonight we gain the hour back we lost last night and tomorrow is a sea day so we’re extra happy! Hope everyone had a great Wed!
