Hi All! Today we were docked in the port of Roseau on the island of Dominica (not the Dominican Republic). We didn’t dock until 1 PM so we slept in and had a leisurely lunch at the pool grill.
We took a tour to the rainforest and guess what, it rained! Lol. But just for a little bit. Otherwise it was beautiful. We rode in these cool 4WD painted open-air ex-military trucks. They were called Wacky Rollers (need I say more!). It was a little bumpy but fun!
I’ll let the pictures do the talking. I’ll post an update later tonight. We’re very excited that Regent is showing the NFL Playoffs! Go Steelers!!
PS: It’s going to be really hot on this trip so don’t laugh at the wide brimmed safari type hat I’m wearing! Lol
