Hi Gang! We made it on to this beautiful new ship the Silver Ray. All I can say is WOW! More later on that. We once again walked the two minutes from our hotel to get to the entrance of the cruise port and boarded the bus to take us to the ship. The embarkation process was a breeze and we were on the ship in about 15 minutes. Love these luxury cruise lines!
Since we had never been on this ship before we started out by just walking every floor and getting the lay of the land. I included lots of pics but it is truly a beautiful ship. And the asymmetrical design gives it a very open feel with lots of glass and natural light everywhere. I think we’re going to love it!
After our walk thru of the ship of course we were hungry so we went to La Terrazza and had lunch. Very nice layout of foods and everything was delicious. Look out Regent, they may give you a run for your money!
Soon after lunch our rooms were ready so we went to check out our suite. It seems very comfortable and spacious and I think we’ll do just fine here on our trip.
We then just relaxed and got ready for dinner. I’ll post a final update at the end of the evening. Happy Tuesday to all!
