Hi again Gang! Before we went to dinner tonight I went to get a picture of the sunset. What I found was a long line of the Regent officers (including the Captain!) along with the Entertainment staff and Ray the cruise director all greeting the people coming back from a 10 hour tour to Rome. I guess they always greet people after long excursions. How fun!
After that we went to dinner and had another amazing meal. The Prime 7 restaurant is really in a class by itself. Incredible food and service. Since we only have two days left I decided to jump back on the lobster band wagon (Kathy said she won’t make me any at home! Lol). I made my own surf and turf and had the 10 oz Ribeye with a lobster tail. So good!
After dinner we went to the show which was the singer from the other day named Stephanie Webber. She called her show tonight “When You Wish Upon a Star”. She sang songs from Adele, Dolly Parton, Wicked and of course Disney (the song title of her show!). She has a really powerful voice!
After the show we listened to Mark play piano and he once again had everyone singing along. I think he has the biggest following of any live music act on the ship. He’s the best!
Tomorrow we have a sea day. Sadly it’s our last full day on the ship. But this has been an incredible trip and it’s pretty much confirmed our opinion that Regent is our favorite cruise line of all! Hope everyone had a great weekend!
