Hi again Folks! No pre-dinner show tonight so we took our time getting ready for dinner. We went to Compass Rose again since their menu changes every night but they also offer our favorites every night as well. Win win!I did fall off the lobster band wagon but kept my toe dipped in the seafood water by having my normal escargot and a new appetizer of gravlax (cured salmon). For our mains we both had the Malaysian style beef short ribs. Needed some iron!
After dinner we went to the show which was the comedian Bengt Washburn again. He is sooo funny! And we’ve actually run into him several times over the last few days and struck up a nice conversation with him. And we’re actually having dinner with him tomorrow night so that will be cool!
After the show we listened to Mark play the piano. Such great songs and always a nice way to end the day. Tomorrow we’re in another country, back to Greece! Santorini here we come! Hope everyone had a great Tuesday!
