Hi All! We made it on the ship in the port of Civitavecchia and won’t leave port until 9 PM tonight. This really had to be the fastest we’ve ever gotten on a ship. Love these small ships! We checked out of the hotel, walked 5 mins to the port, hopped on a bus and were on the ship in minutes. Took a tour of the ship, had lunch, unpacked and lounged by the pool and got showered and ready for dinner.
The weather was perfect today! Sunny and about 75 with a light breeze. We’re hoping it stays that way the whole cruise (our Med cruise a month or so ago was way too hot!).
Well that’s all for now and I’ll send an update after dinner. We’ll be eating at the main restaurant Compass Rose tonight so I’m thinking there’ll be some cute little lobsters in our future! Lol. Hope everyone’s having a great weekend!
