Hi Again Folks! We even had a WOW evening! Both the food and entertainment were WOW!
We went back to Compass Rose tonight (mostly since I needed to get back on the Lobster horse!). For our starters Kathy had the Escargot and a small portion of the Pad Thai while I had the Crepes (with smoked ham and goat cheese – so yummy!) along with a small portion of the Pad Thai. For our mains, Kathy got the Chateaubriand and I had the Swordfish with a Lobster Tail (of course!). For dessert we both had the Chocolate Mousse Tart. All of it was WOW!
After dinner we went to the show which was a woman named Becky Porter whose show is called “The Ultimate Adele Tribute”. And WOW… if you closed your eyes you really thought it was Adele. Heck she even looked like her! She’s also been on the BBC One’s prime time shows called “Even Better Than The Real Thing”. Hope they have her perform again this cruise.
After the show we listened to our pianist Alexandr in the Observation Lounge. They did a Name That Tune game which we didn’t play but should have since we knew most of the music!
Tomorrow we are back in Greece! This time to Igoumenitsa. Yes, we’ve been there before (I know… I know) but this time we’re doing a really cool excursion that I can’t wait for. I’ll tell you all about it tomorrow. Hope everyone had a great Friday!
PS: we lose an hour sleep tonight and will now be 7 hours ahead of the East Coast… Yawn!
