Hi Again Folks! Thank goodness it’s been hot here and we’re sweating out all these calories during the day! Well, that’s our story and we’re sticking to it! Lol
We had another filling and yummy dinner at Compass Rose tonight. For her starters Kathy got the Escargot and the Shanghai-Style Dumplings and I got the same Dumplings but tried the Asparagus Risotto for my other starter. It was amazing!
For our mains, Kathy got the Bourbon Marinated Black Angus Strip Loin and I got the Seabass with a Lobster Tail, of course! (5 nights in a row I got Lobster… will I tire of it? Never! Lol) For dessert we both got the Flourless Chocolate Cake.
After dinner we first caught a really cool sunset with another cruise ship on the horizon. So pretty! Then we went to the show to see the comedian/musician from a couple days ago named Steven Stevens. He was hilarious once again!
After the show we listened to our new favorite piano player in the Observation Lounge. He played all country songs tonight so it was like a hoe down!
Tomorrow we’re in another country again! This time we’ll be in Croatia, specifically Dubrovnik, which we’ve been to and LOVE! Plus we set the clocks back so we get our hour’s sleep back that we lost last night! Crazy!!
