Hi Again Folks! Well Seabourn knows us well and to commemorate our last day, they were nice enough to have surf and turf on the menu! And that was in the casual restaurant, not the formal restaurant. And we were glad since we wanted to eat quicker to get to the show since there was only one tonight.
Kathy and I both had the jumbo shrimp appetizer and the surf and turf as our main. But I snuck in an extra appetizer of the New England clam, corn and potato chowder soup. For dessert Kathy got the chocolate and peanut butter cake and I got the chocolate pot. Both very yummy!
After dinner we went to the show with the piano player from a couple days ago named Dominic Ferris. He did some more Elton John and took lots of requests. Great show for the last night.
We also caught an amazing sunset. Nice way to end the cruise! Tomorrow we dock in Dover, England. We’re taking the Seabourn shuttle bus to Heathrow for our flight home. Keep your fingers crossed for us since we’re flying standby. We’re hoping St James and Archangel Michel are still looking after us. They gave us great weather again today with no rain and beautiful sunshine. Hope everyone had a great Friday!
