Hi Again Gang! We had another very nice evening starting off with a delicious dinner. I had octopus for an appetizer (Kathy said Yuk!) and she got the corn chowder soup. We both got a second appetizer of the salad with the soft boiled egg and bacon (isn’t everything better with bacon?!). For our mains we both got the chef special of the Spanish Iberico pork stew and got a few Caramelized scallops on the side. We both had the chocolate ganache cake for dessert. So yummy!
After dinner we went to the show to see a new performer for this leg of the cruise named Ben Mills. He’s played with The Moody Blues, Rod Stewart and The Rolling Stones. He sang some of the classic songs from the 60’s and 70’s. I had those songs in my head all night long!
After the show we ended the night with our favorite routine… listening to the cool sounds of Ana and Humberto. Hope everyone had a great Thursday! Tomorrow we’ll be docked in Ferrol, Spain and have to put our clocks an hour ahead. Hate losing an hours sleep! Now we’ll be 6 hours ahead of the East Coast. Nite nite!
