Hi Again Folks! We had another great evening starting off with a yummy dinner. Kathy and I had the exact same meal for all courses (which doesn’t happen often!). We started off with both the seafood souffle and the mushroom soup for appetizers, the Caramelized sea scallops with chicken saltimbocca for our main and the salted Carmel bombe as our dessert. Just like twinsies!
They didn’t have a real show tonight but instead they had a Moroccan Dance Party around the pool. So Kathy bought this beautiful Moroccan dress in the souk in Tangier that made her look like Cleopatra! Everybody commented on how beautiful she looked. Am I a lucky guy or what?
We finished our day like we always do by listening to the sweet music of Ana and Humberto. Tomorrow is a sea day so we can sleep in. YAY! Hope everyone had a great Monday!
